The individuals can demonstrate their understanding and application of the key concepts covered in the five ITIL Management Practices at both strategic and operational levels, maximizing value from these practices.
ITIL 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve training courses will provide an in-depth understanding of the subsequent five ITIL® 4 Practices:

Define the key concepts, principles, value and challenges of ITIL 4’s five management practices.
Ensure stakeholders understand the strategic and operational requirements to co-create value and achieve business goals.

Measure, assess and develop the capability of the various practices covered by using the ITIL Maturity Model.
The ITIL 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve module is aimed at individuals who are involved in IT Service Management (ITSM) and wish to gain expertise in collaborating, assuring, and improving IT services and related activities.
In order to access any of the ITIL 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve modules, candidates must hold an ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.
Duration of 60 minutes (75 minutes for candidates taking the ITIL Foundation exam in a language other than their native)
